Paul, The Ripples Guy!

Paul Wesselman, The Ripples Guy!, is a well known motivational speaker that serves the medical and educational community. His journey started out when he was in graduate school and struggling with his mental health. A coworker noticed that something was off with him and encouraged him to seek help. He credits being alive today to that coworker.

He turned that experience into positive action to make rippling changes to those around him. Back in the early 2000s, he started sending weekly motivational emails that feature two quotes and a ponder section, an area and space for you to self-reflect on your feelings, actions, and goals. It has blossomed from there into motivational speaking, quote creation, and other items such as books, inspirational cards, amongst other things.
