Bill Shark is a website designed to help save you money on your monthly bills. They claim to lower the cost by 25%, while doIng all of the hard work for you. 

There are two avenues in which they help cut the cost of your bills:

1. Negotiate to lower your monthly pay

and

2. Monitoring and canceling your subscriptions 

The price for lowering your bill is a one time payment of 40% of the savings (if they are unable to save you money, you do not have to pay anything) and a $9 payment for canceled subscription.
